One of the best parts of owning a yoga school? Getting to teach alongside one of your yoga besties… and then getting to be her student. 🌺

On our 2nd day here @anamayaresort I got to roll out my mat and take a slow flow with @daniellehoguetyoga , one of those teachers whose classes remind me exactly why I love this practice.

After traveling to get here, it felt so good to simply breathe, move, and be in my own body.

It’s our 2nd 200hr training together at Anamaya, surrounded by lush jungle and an incredible community. Feeling very grateful I get to come back here every year, teach what I love, meet the most incredible people, and do it alongside one of my favourite people. 🌿✨
